  • Video Interviews- Our interview process is thorough and starts with a one-way video interview. Upon applying for the open position, applicants are required to complete this video interview, which will be sent to you so that you can see, hear, and evaluate the candidate’s taped responses. This allows a glimpse into the candidate’s verbiage, demeanor, and on-the-spot response time.

  • Phone Interviews- A phone interview is conducted between our recruiters and candidates to screen them so you don’t have to. Our highly trained recruiters have your best interest in mind as they ask the tough questions and learn about each potential hire. Have questions you want our recruiters to ask? No problem! They’ll do all of the heavy lifting to ensure that you have only the best on your final dossier.

  • Vetting- Once a candidate completes all of the steps through SOURCE, our recruiters will vet them and choose the best candidates whom they believe will suit your needs. We ensure a fully vetted candidates every single time so that your candidate pool is experienced and ready for the task at hand.
